Banned Application List

This functions enable to detect specified application(s) are installed into the iOS and Android devices under BizMobile Go! defined by device management operator.  If banned applications are installed, BizMobile Go! shows Alarm for each banned application.

 

Device management operator can define Black List which defines banned application or White List which defines installation allowed applications.

 

Black List and White List

To detect banned application(s), BizMobile Go! supports Black List and White List as the application groups.  Black List and White List are assigned to designated template, based on your application installation policy.

 

Black List is the application group of Banned application(s).  BizMobile Go! detects application(s) which is LISTED in the Black List.

 

White List is the application group of installation allowed application(s).  BizMobile Go! detects application(s) which is NOT LISTED in the white List.

 

Only one banned type (Black or White) is defined to the template.  But operator can assign multiple Black/White Lists if the banned type is same.

 

  • NG: Assign White List A and Black List A to one Template
  • OK: Assign White List A and White List B to one Template
  • OK: Assign Black List A and Black List B to one Template

 

When BizMobile Go! detects banned application on the device, below alarm is displayed at the Active Alarm List:

 

“Device owner installed an application that was prohibited by blacklist/whitelist assigned to device template”

 

Create Banned Application List
